Yikes. What I found curled my toes. I discovered that most of the substances I was using were considered harmful and even (in some cases) cancer-producing. For example, take the popular ingredient Triclosan. Imagine my shock when I discovered it's also an active ingredient in weed killers. Weed killers! And I was putting that on my face!! I'm all about gorgeous healthy skin, but I am not willing to die at 60 to get it. ...and so my quest for natural skin care ingredients began.
